Cooper says Vardy is on top form ahead of Everton game
Jamie Vardy is in the form of his life and will be a handful for Everton on Saturday, according to manager Brendan Rodgers.
Vardy has scored eight goals in his last nine games for Leicester and has been instrumental in the Foxes' recent good form.
Rodgers believes that Vardy is now playing at the peak of his powers and is one of the best strikers in the Premier League.
"Jamie is a world-class striker and he's in the form of his life at the moment," said Rodgers. "He's a handful for any defender and I'm sure he'll be a handful for Everton on Saturday."
Vardy will be looking to add to his tally when Leicester travel to Goodison Park on Saturday. Everton have been in poor form of late and will be looking to bounce back against the Foxes.
Rodgers is confident that his team can get a result against Everton and is expecting a tough game.
"Everton are a good team and they'll be looking to bounce back from their recent results," said Rodgers. "But we're in good form ourselves and we're confident that we can go there and get a result."
